Well the party is over... everyone had a great time, but where do we go from here? Or does the last person out the door turn out the lights!

We have a unique opportunity before us that has never been available previously, meaning the Internet. Many classmates have indicated they would like to stay in touch using this media. Consequently I've been in continuous discussions with Rich over the best way to utilize our class web site. The one conclusion we both have agreed on is the need for fresh content on a regular basis or the site will lose much of its luster. Naturally that fresh content is going to have to come from guess who?

Rich and I can bang heads forever and never come up with the magic formula. In other words we will need your suggestions and support to make the good even better. In the near future we hope to come up with a simple form you'll be able to fill out on-line indicating some of your preferences for future publication.

Some of the items we've been discussing would be adding human interest stories, such as a milestone met in someone's life, a 40th wedding anniversary, a 60th birthday, an unusual vacation, etc. How about someone starting a new business venture at our age? Maybe somebody is going to retire buy a sailboat and tour the Caribbean. Wouldn't you rather spend some time reading information about somebody you know rather than being bored sitting in front of the boob tube watching repeats for the 100th time.

Something else to consider for those so inclined might be an Internet based membership that meets on-line regularly say twice a month to play cards. Some of you may not be aware this type of activity even exists. Internet games such as cribbage, canasta, hearts, or poker can be a lot of fun. You don't have to be an Internet expert to participate, no software is required, and best of all its free.

This is just a brief insight to various items we've been discussing. If you care to add to these ideas or make other comments please do so at your earliest convenience so those comments may be incorporated in our questionnaire. Ideally it would be nice if you use this message board rather than sending email directly to Rich or myself.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
